I just recently moved in this apartment. The application process is smooth and manager responds to questions in a timely ... manner, and made the move in a pleasant experience. The apartment building is clean, quiet, and I like the lounge set up. When I lived there
Me and my wife lived here for almost 3 years. It was wonderful. Shannon worked with us on things and she was a wonderful ... person. There is very little parking. Didn’t match with people living there but my wife and I made it work. It is very roomy. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. And it was perfect for us. I would rate this a 10/10. Our sink stated leaking and flooded our kitchen. There was bad ice and a snow storm and they still came in on a weekend to come and replace it. Great place to live
I have lived at Parkview for almost 2 years. I am a single mom and feel incredibly safe here with my daughter. Everyone who ... came to visit me was as impressed by the apartment as I was. It is well designed and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit along with upgrades like a fireplace. The big deck is great for grilling in the sunshine. The entire complex is excellently maintained. The staff are all extremely friendly and respond immediately to any concerns. There is a beautiful big park and tennis court in the back yard. Residence
I have been living in this community for about 6 months. Its a private but friendly place to live. The grounds are well kept, ... and the staff is very nice and helpful. This complex is very convenient to downtown, Tumwater, Lacey and the freeway. The apartments are well designed to offer personal space and privacy.
