By far the best apartment I have lived in! The staff are so kind, attentive to the property, and prompt with any problems questions. Highly recommend. My only issue is the rapid rental increases over the year.

I have lived at Parkview for almost 2 years. I am a single mom and feel incredibly safe here with my daughter. Everyone who came to visit me was as impressed by the apartment as I was. It is well designed and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit along with upgrades like a fireplace. The big deck is great for grilling in the sunshine. The entire complex is excellently maintained. The staff are all extremely friendly and respond immediately to any concerns. There is a beautiful big park and tennis court in the back yard. I highly recommend living here.

I have been living in this community for about 6 months. Its a private but friendly place to live. The grounds are well kept, and the staff is very nice and helpful. This complex is very convenient to downtown, Tumwater, Lacey and the freeway. The apartments are well designed to offer personal space and privacy. I feel safe in this location and that is important to my peace of mind. Well done, Parkview!
